The event will take place at Brussels Marriott Hotel Grand Place located in Rue Auguste Orts 3, 1000 Bruxelles.

From the airport

• Brussels airport (Zaventem) to Brussels Central: by IC train, scheduled every 10 minutes (takes about 12 minutes). From the station, the hotel is just a 10-minute walk.

• Charleroi airport to Gare du Midi: by Flibco bus. From Gare du Midi, take metro line 4 from Suede directly to Bourse.

From main train stations

• From Gare du Nord (Brussels North): You can take 4 or 10 from Gare du Nord directly to Bourse.

• From Gare Centrale (Brussels Central): We recommend simply walking 10 minutes to the hotel, or taking a short 5-minute taxi ride.

• From Gare du Midi: You can take metro line 4 from Suede directly to Bourse.

By Public Transport 

STIB-MIVB operates all metro, tram, and bus lines in Brussels. You can pay contactless on board with all major credit cards —each journey costs €2.60 and includes unlimited transfers within 60 minutes. 

• Metro: Sainte-Catherine (7-minute walk,for lines 1 and 5)

• Bus: Beurs (1-minute walk for lines 728, R28, 46, 89, and many more)

• Trams: Bourse (2-minute walk, for lines 4 and 10)

Google Maps provides reliable directions and live public transport updates. You can also check real-time service alerts via the STIB-MIVB website.

Registration will be open following timing:

• December 2: from 08:00 am CET to 09:00 am CET

There will be self-service registration kiosks for badge printing onsite.

Public parking is available directly under the hotel, next to Brasserie Rotisse. For easier access, use Rue Paul Delvaux in your GPS. Drive close to the entrance to activate the gate, take a ticket and park on levels -2 or -3.

Ride-hailing apps such as Uber and Bolt are also available throughout the city.

Brussels offers various shared mobility options. You can rent bicycles and electric scooters are also widely available with designated parking spots near the venue.

Luggage storage at the hotel: More information will follow closer to the event date.

If you need to store larger luggage, a City Locker facility is available just four minutes from the venue at Brussels Central Station and can be booked in advance: City Locker – BRUSSELS CENTRAL.

A dedicated Wi-Fi network will be accessible to participants.
